If you’re like me, you love a good chicken wing! I am always
trying to come up with my own ways to make a new sauce and to make then healthier
I do not like to fry the wings because that just adds a level of fat you can do
without.
Ingredients
-16 wing pieces (8 whole wings)
-1/2 cup Sriracha sauce
-1/4 cup Honey
-1/4 cup Agave Nectar
-Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
1.
If you have whole wings divide then into 2
pieces and discard the wing tips.
2.
Season the wings with salt and pepper
3.
Bake at 350 degrees on a baking rack(on top of a
cookie sheet) for 30 minutes flipping half way
4.
Combine Sriracha, Honey and Agave in a large
bowl add cooked wings to the bowl of sauce coating the wings completely, place them
back on the rack and bake for 10 minutes
then baste with left over sauce, flip after another 10 minutes and baste again. Cook for 10 more
minutes.
Enjoy!
**Tip::line your baking sheet with aluminum
foil so that cleaning is easy, they sauce will be sticky.**
